Payments are essential to the success of marketplaces and platforms that connect buyers to sellers, where transactions are a critical component of customers’ satisfaction. Sellers seek fast and flexible payouts, while both sellers and buyers look for an integrated and seamless experience. With the increasing complexity of multi-party transactions on platforms, these expectations are difficult to meet.
Stripe commissioned Forrester Consulting to conduct a Total Economic Impact™ (TEI) study and examine the potential return on investment (ROI) enterprises may realize by deploying Stripe Connect, an offering that allows marketplaces and platforms to accept payments from and send payouts to third parties.
Forrester’s interviews with four existing Stripe clients and subsequent financial analysis found that an organization based on these interviewed organizations experienced benefits of $6.1 million over three years versus costs of $1.3 million, adding up to a net present value (NPV) of $4.

"When the CMO Council recently asked more than 200 senior marketing decision makers how effectively they have aligned physical and digital experiences, half admitted that these integrated experiences were selective, at best. Yet it is alignment, consistency and connection that drive the foundational relationship between the brand and the buyer.

Patches correct bugs, flaws and provide enhancements, which can prevent potential user impact, improve user experience and potentially save your technicians time researching and repairing issues that could have already been resolved or prevented with an existing update. Clients generally understand that their systems need to be patched, but they likely do not have the expertise to comfortably approve and install patches without help. When operating within the IT services industry, patching is one of the first areas that competitors auditing your clients will assess. Developing best practices to manage the risks associated with the approval and deployment of patches is critical to your IT department's service offering.

Within today's competitive environment, where customers are more empowered than ever, organizations are looking to differentiate themselves from the competition and reduce customer churn through improvements in customer satisfaction. A recent Forrester survey found that 86 percent of decision makers rank their customers' experience as one of the top strategic priorities, and that 68 percent want to be customer service leaders in their industry.
However, improving customer experience is no easy task. Companies must truly understand their customers, take into consideration the full spectrum of support they demand, as well as span the different channels their clients prefer for support.
With more Internet-connected mobile devices than people in the world in 2013, IT must provide seamless connectivity to every class of user — employees, contractors, guests and even customers — appropriate to their role and type of device. Mobility in the workplace isn’t just for user benefit and productivity. The migration to mobility begets several IT benefits.

This document defines Oracle’s Customer Experience (CX)
Value Equation as the strategic method to identify and measure
the value of organizational CX. This model was originally

It has received wide support, and has been the #1 searched hit

No one ever wants a recovery to go south—whether it’s your first or 50th time completing a data recovery operation. But your organization will experience a bit more anxiety when it goes to perform its first recovery using a new solution. If the phrase “successful recovery”, in your experience, has applied to only a few applications or a limited set of files, it’s understandable that you may be anxious the first time you test a recovery of your entire environment. Know this: you can successfully conduct a full recovery of your environment the first time as well as every time thereafter.
This is the challenge and opportunity that I face every day in my role: to deliver successful cloud recovery for my clients no matter what. While we never guarantee that a recovery will occur without some hiccups during the process, I can point to the fact that every cloud recovery that I have overseen has met our agreed upon service levels whether that guarantee is for a 1-hour recovery, a 24-hour rec
